Carmen Norder BSc

Carmen studied Econometrics and Operations Research at Erasmus University Rotterdam and obtained her teaching qualification from Leiden University. After graduating, she worked as a lecturer and manager in civil society organizations. In 2018, Carmen founded a natural boarding stable, which she manages and further develops.

In 2025 she also launched her company, Vies Paard,  through which she is committed to improve horse welfare through education, consultancy, and policy dialogue. With her background in quantitative science and education, and her passion for animals, Carmen connects science and practice to bring knowledge and awareness to a wide audience.
